For natural-person consumers ordinarily resident in Denmark or another EEA state, distance purchase rules often include a 14-day right of withdrawal counted from conclusion of the contract (Forbrugeraftaleloven; EU consumer contract coordination). It is not unlimited: exemptions exist for digital goods supplied with express prior consent before the deadline where supply has begun, or for customised services commenced with consent, alongside other statutory carve-outs Denmark applies.
Trader identity (name, geographical address where established, dependable contact routes), main characteristics of the service or good, total price inclusive of recurring charges where relevant, withdrawal form availability, complaint handling expectations, and any commercial guarantee offered without replacing legal rights—all appear or are reiterated at checkout where we bill, and dovetail with our Refund Policy.
